• if sometimes I have to take a 'nap' around 8pm so that I can actually have time to clean up the house and enjoy some quiet AFTER my kiddos are in bed! Otherwise, I'd probably just go to bed with them!
• sometimes, my kids get their baths in the mornings because we'd rather spend our evenings playing than doing the things we need to do....and they dont like to spend endless amounts of time in the tub playing like other normal kids...I figure its because baths=clean and they like to make messes!
• I just gave my toddler a cookie this morning...1. he had a banana too- so I figure he did eat something healthy and 2. he's cute and he pointed to them 3. he's cute
• I ate one too.= )

SO WHAT Wednesday

Its that time of the week ALREADY? again! Time to link up with one of my favorite blogs Life After I Dew for SO WHAT Wednesday! So here goes....

This week I'm randomly saying SO WHAT.....

• If I'm super excited about a business trip I'm taking to Tennessee in October because I get to see FALL! LEAVES! COOL, CRISP AUTUMN AIR!! some really valuable training.
• I am not afraid to admit that I've seen not 1- not 2 but ALL 3 of the "Step Up" dance movies and they all make me wish I could dance....Step Up 3 has been on Starz repeatedly in the past couple of weeks and I DID  would probably watch it every time!....and 2 & 3 are not as good as 1 because they don't have him.....

 It’s So What Wednesday over at Life After I Dew and I’m linking up! This week I am saying SO WHAT if..

• I only have 6 followers of this blog so the likelihood that anyone will even read this is slim to none (so if by some miracle you're reading this and you're not a follower yet- please follow and make me feel like I'm NOT just talking to myself)
• I should really be getting ready for work right now, but instead, I'm going to write this blog post to nobody and then wear my hair up today....in this heat, it just ends up that way anyways so why not save some time and just start out that way?!
• I cant wait to see my Simon Cowell again when he brings his version of 'X Factor' for my summer viewing pleasure...how I've missed his cold hearted remarks.... he completes me
• if Jewel and Ty Murray stole my son's name....CJ is Case Jackson and I cant wait to see if that name will gain popularity now that its a Celeb Baby Name....dont tell Jewel...but I think Case spelled with 'K' just looks dumb. 
• I'm a little grouchy today.....I'm entitled every day once in a while. Right?

Ever since my youngest son was 9 months old, he has been a devoted Elmo fan! Which means, lots of Sesame Street at our house. So, yes, everything I know...I learned from the streets.

• So what if I what if I watched Nancy Grace last night after the Casey Anthony verdict and actually agreed with her...for once...
• So what if I throw up in my mouth a little each time I see the verdict on tv and see a smile on a guilty mothers face....
• So what if I squeeze my boys a little harder from now on and let them know how much I love them and how I will always protect them- isn't that a mother's job anyways?....
• So what if I was a member of that jury- we'd still be in deliberation because I would agree to disagree

100% of the money raised will go to Keegan's Family and during the 1st auction they raised just over $900! Amazing! Special 'shout out' to Crystal for organizing these amazing auctions!

I married into a family of HUGE understatement Texas Longhorns and Texas Rangers fans-so- its only natural for me to want to make Longhorns and Rangers themed items. So, I ordered custom made Texas Rangers ribbon from LYLYGLZ Ribbons & More on Etsy. And I could not be happier with the super cute ribbon I received. I got to work right away on a hairbow and tutu....thanks to my lovely model "Ted" (hey! I dont have girls and my closest neices are 5 hours away!)

super exciting time for GGB!

This is a really fun time for Gobbledygook Bowtique! Here's just a few things that I've done recently and there are a few more things in the works.

Donations for fundraisers- especially to help this guy....

This is Keegan Chupp and you can read all about his story here and his amazing family and a whole bunch of people (including me!) that are trying to help them out! I participated in a fundraiser online auction a month or so ago and it was such a success that they are setting up another online auction. If you'd like to check out the Karing for Keegan fundraiser Facebook page- you can see all the great items that will be open for bid July 4th. I had sent some covered wipey cases and headbands/bows for a Rummage Sale fundraiser they had last weekend and the bows didnt sell so this is one of the auction items up for bid....

These auctions have been organized by Crystal and you can find all of the Karing for Keegan Sponsors on her blog Biehl Adventures.

 Another thing I'm LOVING are giveaways hosted by other blogger Mommies....and I have met so many great people this way. So what if....

• If its actually Thursday when I  finally get Blogger to not give me some stupid error every time I click 'Publish Post'
• I havent written a blog post in almost a month...I have an amazing new job and a busy life as a mom of two young boys-does anyone even read it anyways or am I just talking to myself? AS USUAL
• if I make bows, tutus and all things girly and I dont have any little girls of my own
• I'm addicted to Diet Dr Pepper 
• I piled all the week's clean laundry on the love seat and it wont get folded and put away until Saturday Sunday
• I still get excited every time I hear Salt-N-Peppa "Shoop"
